July 11: Happy Birthday Lil Kim and Richie Sambora

Lil-Kim

The ideal birthday post will contain at least one celebrity I have written about here at Le Blog.  If not a full-on WTHH subject then at least a Razzie nominee.  Today’s birthdays aren’t cooperating on that front.  But we still have a few famous faces and a former US president.

Rapper Lil Kim turns 42 today and Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora is now 57.  If you don’t know who David Henrie is, it’s because your kid’s didn’t watch Wizards of Waverly Place.  Selena Gomez’s former costar is now 27.  Speaking of TV shows my wife likes, Real Housewife and former Melrose Place star Lisa Rinna is celebrating her 53rd birthday.  Mindy Sterling who played Frau Farbissina in the Austin Powers movies turns 63.

Justin Willman, former host of Cupcake Wars and Win, Lose or Draw, turns 36 years old today.  I hope he celebrates with a cupcake.  TV actress Sela Ward is celebrating her sixtieth birthday and the sixth president of the United States, John Quincy Adams, was born on this day in 1767.  Looks like I will have to write What the Hell Happened to John Quincy Adams before this time next year,

If today is your birthday, congratulations on sharing your big day with these notable names.  Birthday wishes to everyone celebrating a birthday today.  Come back tomorrow for more celebrity birthdays.

  1. I don’t think I’m the only one who thought Lil’ Kim was actually older than 42!
